New Orleans is a very popular city for conventions and vacations, and has a wide range of accommodations to suit all budgets and tastes.
The organizers of IPAC'12 have contracted with the following hotels for a limited number of rooms over the conference period. The favorable rates shown will be available to conference attendees when they make reservations by quoting reference “IEEE IPAC'12”. Reservations should be made by contacting the hotels directly either by telephone or internet.
The quoted rates are per room per night and are subject to a room/sale tax of 13%.
All the hotels listed below are very close to the convention center. A map showing the location of hotels in New Orleans may be found on the map below. Click on the link under the map to show a larger map. The Morial Convention Center is to the South of the French Quarter, on the Mississippi River.
Book early
The available rooms will be on a first-come/first-served basis. Conference attendees are strongly encouraged to make their reservations as early as possible to obtain the favorable rates which have been negotiated.
